Orders take 1 to 3 business days to process before shipping.
Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days once your order ships.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to absolutely love your clogs! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or need a different size, you have 15 days from receiving your order to request an exchange or a refund.
Simply email us at fennshp@hotmail.com with your order number, the reason for your request, and a photo of the item.
- If it's a sizing issue, please let us know! We highly recommend checking our Size Guide before purchasing, but if the fit isn't right, our support team will send you the correct size or issue a refund, minus a $5 processing fee.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Our team will review your request within 24 hours and guide you toward the best available solution (whether that's a size exchange, a replacement, or a refund).
