Refund policy

Effective Date: September 3, 2026

We want you to absolutely love your clogs! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase or need a different size, you have 15 days from receiving your order to request an exchange or a refund.

If it's a sizing issue or you're just not loving the fit or style, please let us know! We highly recommend checking our Size Guide before purchasing, but if it's not quite right, our support team will send you the correct size or issue a refund, minus a $5 processing fee. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Simply email us at fennshp@hotmail.com with your order number, the reason for your request, and a photo of the item, and our team will guide you toward the best solution.
